J.R.'S Service Policies

Cancellation policy

We, at JR’s Spa and Salon, understand issues arise. We believe in being fair. Therefore, we make note of, but do not charge for one cancellation that occurs under 24 hours of your appointment. However, if within one calendar year it happens again, we will charge for 50% of the amount of the appointments scheduled.

No show policy

We at JR’s Spa and Salon, feel that our service providers should be respected. In the event of a no show, we will charge the client 50% of the amount of the appointment(s) scheduled.

Redo policy

We take pride in, and stand by our work, and we guarantee satisfaction at JR’s Spa and Salon. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Our management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives. Client redo will only be honored if JR’s is contacted within 7 days of the original service.

Refund policy

Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of a service, and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, JR’s management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.

Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased at JR’s Spa and Salon, and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, the client will receive a refund.

Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy on how much was used. However, all sales of our skin care products by Bioelements & Image cannot be returned.
